of her late aunt Vi Tilleman
but
unfortunately
Cindy has committed
theft of property and theft of money in relation to her position of
trust for the estate.
She has also plundered the estate of her late aunt and has offered
nothing to the son of the deceased. This despite the fact that her
aunts possessions were intended soley for her children as was stated in
the will. She also used her position to mistreat certain relatives of the deceased. Her actions were the opposite of what the deceased would have approved of, and she has shown great disrespect and disdain to her late aunt who had consistently treated Cindy with love and respect. Cindy in return has rewarded Vi Tilleman by treating her with contempt in acting in a morally reprehensible manner. Cindy conned her aunt and played her for a sucker before her death. Cindy's actions are so shameful! Cindy kept items for herself, gave some away, and dumped the residue at a garage sale, including priceless family heirlooms and keepsakes. She did this out of a personal vendetta against her cousin, who she deprived of everything that was dear to him of his parents! Not only was this immoral and shameful, but also was in contravention of the terms of the will which Cindy intentionally violated for her personal agenda.
